# This is the Aeon of the CROWNED and CONQUERING child, not the Aeon
# of the "sneaky little humble child" I say, gloat.

I mark the Horusian Aeon as having ended sometime around 1967,
defintely by 1996, June 6th. the child had his day, now it is
time for hir to grow up a little.

# I agree, but in pledging yourself to the advisary, are you not
# still saying "thy will, not mine, be done"?

the Adversary does not require or encourage worship, pledging. the
cages of contracts for the supposed benefit of all have fallen
before the need for present-centered service to the downtrodden,
the chivalric defense of the weak (nonhuman, feminine, hereditarily
excluded, etc.) out of compassion and a preservation of diversity.
my will is done every time I choose to serve Baphomet.

# Regardless of the leniancy of the patron, the very act of worship
# is a restriction in and of itself... You may get far on that
# route, but in the end, all must be abandoned.

worship is the path encouraged by the Slave Gods. its first glimpse
of conscription showing itself within the Thelemic cultus with the
Creed previously quoted in this elist ("I believe in one ineffable
Lord..." etc.). such magical oaths may support one in one's
immaturity, but as you say, all such simplicities must eventually
be abandoned. the Infernal One (IO IO PAN) encourages us to do as
we please, not necessarily to do as Ateh wills.

# ...you are doing your Will as well as any of us here... (and better
# than some, from what I can tell) It is a breath of fresh air ....

thank you for your kind words. it is my pleasure also to discuss this
matter with you. swords clashing and sparking, no blood drawn, all
chivalric codes acceded in the moment of mutual respect. ::salud::
