Perhaps, the most we can say about >this simple ideas is what they are not. True, but all expressions and actions in the world partake of colloquy. When someone states an intention, describes an action or makes an assertion, that goes into the common pool of perception. Action and reaction naturally flow from that. When statements are made in very positive form, even with multiple negative rationalizations, it is reasonable to consider that an attempt has been made to express perceived Will. Since the expression is made public, response is appropriate within limits. If someone stands on your foot, saying: "I am here by right and intention" -- you may certainly dispute the point on the level offered. Absolute perception of True Will is something inward, ephemeral and unique. Absolute expression of True Will is life and the whole of life, not simply a part in excerpt from some statement involving many other people in various obviously conflicting ways. One can symbolize, label, express dynamically or iconize. To insist that everyone else accept some nebish command or comment is de facto to be confused about one's will. It's almost as bad as running around demanding that everybody recognize that you've crossed the Abyss -- who but you cares? What sort of "Good Housekeeping Seal" would matter, beside a pact of cooperation? Instruction and example in such things can be useful, but those necessitate disbelief as part of the process. >I see no other value of Truth & Will without the context of social = >intersubjective. ... >This is another manner of phylosophical implication of 'Ding an sich' which can't >be reached in its totality, because of the duality of 'knower' and 'thing known'. There are matters that require a face to face with deity or the absolute. Otherwise, we are motes in the sun, glinting and gone. Almost all of life is social, either actively or latently. Some of life is indeed the "Ding an sich" with a totality. In extreme, this is Sammadhi, as Crowley used the term. >Below the 'ideal' this is a divison, above the Abyss a Unity, but of latter >I KNOW no-thing. Exactly. 93 93/93 Bill
