Dr. Lao remembers him. Nice guy with radical views. No fingers from a
bomb accident. Sometimes spoke with a stutter. That the same Kurt Saxon
you know?

>he was at LaVey's
>daughter's satanic baptism..he made for her a
>baphomet,..

Yes he was, and yes he did.

>Kurt told me that LaVey did believe in an actual Satan,

>doing rituals, trying to evoke Satan.

Here's a news flash. We all stayed up until the early morning hours
doing Satanic rituals. That's because we were Satanists.

>Kurt & Anton both believed, and they " tried their damn
>hardest to make him appear" .

You may send Dr. Lao Kurt's email address and he will verify your
claims. It would be nice to reconnect with an old crony. Dr. Lao had no
idea he was still alive. Say, what was your name again?

>Whether Satan appeared or not, they had to believe in Him,
>or they wouldn't put that much effort into it.

That's a real intelligent statement. Who did you say you were?

>Kurt Saxon [poor man james bond,
>yeah, that guy] & LaVey were very good friends.

Kurt was one of many early Church of Satan members. What's all this to
you?

>I know more about this than most of you do,..or want to
>realise/or believe.

So far you haven't said anything Dr. Lao doesn't know. You may enlighten
him publicly or privately. What is your interest in all this? And you
are . . . ?

Relative to the Church of Satan ca. 1966, that would
square with what Edward Webber (who came up with
the idea for the Church as mentioned in the 1970
documentary film _Satanis_) said during my 1991
taped interview of him for my _Church of Satan_:

MA: "Since 1975 Anton LaVey has insisted that he
never believed in the existence of an actual Devil or
Satan - that 'Satan' was only a symbol or a metaphor.
Was this true when you knew him?"

EW: "Not at all. He was quite definite that he did
believe in the existence of Satan. This was exactly
what made the concept of a Church of Satan so
fascinating."

Dr. Lao,

www.kurtsaxon.com

if you don't get a personal email addie

He's very much alive and considered the father of "survivalism"

I can see where LaVey may have influenced some of his writings
