I'm not sure about that.  I seem to recall that Michael Aquino says
somewhere in his _Church of Satan_ that Diane Hegarty made some
modifications, including the modification of one of the goat's eyes so it
looks like a fork.  You should verify this yourself, though, because I might
be wrong about the source (and this information, for that matter).
