No. There are over 350 laws in Judaism which orthodox Jews are expected to follow. The Decalogue are no more and no less important than all the rest. Breaking them is not necessarily evil, although it may be a sin. For Jews people who are not Jewish, to be considered good people an have a place in heaven (Jews are not Christian exclusivists) there are only the seven Noachic laws which should be followed. The seven laws are: 1) prohibition of idol worship (however, this may mean you should abstain from meat sacrificed to idols which could certainly change the meaning) 2) prohibition of eating meat with blood still in it 3) prohibition of adultery 4) prohibition of blasphemy 5) prohibition of robbery 6) prohibition of murder 7) the necessity to act justly I would point out that by this tradition, non-Jews are not required to worship the Jewish God, they are only required not to blaspheme.
