Bonewits, in "Real Magic", dispenses with Black, White, and Gray magic as mere moral stances and not actually types of magic at all. He recommends a chromatic set of categories: Red: Matters of the body. Redness signifies blood. Curing and killing magic. Orange: Matters of ego-strength and materialism. He's not really clear on why he assigns this to the color orange. Yellow: Mind and nervous system. This is based loosely on Crowley's Yellow Magick. Green: Agricultural matters. The color attribution is obvious. Blue: Emotions. He also includes psychic phenomena, divination, and theurgy. He associated blue in the sense of "having the blues". He goes on. But he always goes on. Again, you can assign whatever color you like to whatever activity you like. Don't assume that magick is standardized.
