To: alt.paranormal.spells.hexes.magic From: doolittle66@aol.com (Doolittle66) Subject: Re: magic mirrors Date: 16 Mar 2000 03:01:24 GMT Hey Jon, For one, don't spend a dime. Don't go out and purchase a "magic scrying mirror" because (1) you can make your own and (2) your own handmade mirror is much more powerful anyway. One method would be to find a medium-sized mirror, preferably round (my [preference anyway), and cleanse it with sea salt and spring water or creek, lake, stream water (living water). Save this water, just a little, for later. You may also use rosewater, vervain, and burn a candle while cleansing--a yellow, white, or purple candle would be good. Then, charge it with the full moon. Set it out for the night and take it back inside before sunrise, or else hold it up to the full moon for as long as possible before coming back inside with it. The FULL moon will charge your mirror. Keep your mirror covered at all times in between times of scrying and charging.....cover only in black material to banish all negativity from approaching it. Take out your mirror at least 3 times a year to charge again with the full moon. When scrying with your mirror, go out for the next full moon (or during the same full moon cycle as when you charged the mirror), dip your fingers into the living water you saved and anoint your "third eye" chakra (your forehead) with it. Ask for assistance from your chosen deity, and hold the mirror in such a way where you can catch a tiny light which is the moon, in the mirror. Let your eyes go a bit out of focus and be patient. Gaze upon the tiny white light. Good luck. This is only one or MANY methods, but I recommend it.....I used this very method and had wondrous results. P.S. Next full moon is March 19th. Bright Blessings, Diana > jon-rogers@webtv.net wrote >Hi, > > Any useful information on this topic would be greatly appreciated. >Please send me anything dealing with magic mirrors. > >Thanks alot, >Jon
