First, Lizzy, please turn your keyboard's cap locks poff, okay? Visually impared folks like me find it very hard to read type in ALL CAPS, and other folks consider all caps the visual equivalent to SHOUTING. Second, with apologies to atw, which admittedly discourages cross-posting, i am cross-posting this to alt.paranormal.spells.hexes.magic (a newsgroup for the explicit discussion of spell-work) and to alt.lucky.w (a newsgroup for discussion of world-wide folk magic). The best spells i know for casting out undesirable neighbors are African-American and Afro-Caribbean "Hot Foot" Spells. These are derived from African spells involving what is called "foot track magic." If you are not familiar with the concept of foot track magic, you might want to read my web page about it at http://www.luckymojo.com/foottrack.html before starting to work such a spell. As you can see from that page, there are many types of foot track magic, and "Hot Foot" spells are the ones specifically intended to get someone to leave building or leave town. To work these spells, it is neceassry to make up or buy some form of Hot Foot Powder, also known as Drive Away Powder or Get Away Powder. The basic ingredients and some further information on how Hot Foot powder is used in spell-work can be found at my web page about it at http://www.luckymojo.com/hotfoot.html You specifically asked for something that the respondant KNOWS to have worked, so let me assure you that Hot Foot Powder, when sprinkled correctly and with the proper intention, has indeed worked for me and my friends. Here's an example: One friend of mine had made a rent-free trailer on her property available to a man who said he would work on her land as a handyman in exchange, but he turned out to be unruly, drunk, and violent. She bought a $2.00 packet of Hot Foot Powder, sprinkled it around the trailer with full intention -- and in three days he was gone. He didn't even take his belongings. He just left. If you are unsure what i mean by "sprinkling," you can read about ways to deploy powders by sprinkling and blowing at this web page: http://www.luckymojo.com/powders.html After the bad tenant moved away, the trailer was vacant, so my friend then washed down in and around it with Chinese Wash to clean up the mess so someone else would move in. You can read more about how to make and use Chinese Wash at http://www.luckymojo.com/chinesewash.html After the Chinese Wash had cleared the premises, she then sprinkled the four corners of the trailer with Peace Water so that the next tenant would be a good person. Peace Water is described at http://www.luckymojo.com/peacewater.html Now, as those familiar with African-American hoodoo rootwork will understand, i have not given you a specific "ritual" or any rhymed chants or incantations -- just some pointers to web pages that will tell you how to make (or where to buy) a few simple, herb-based products that are reputed to work in this kind of situation. Deploying them is "ritual" work, but hoodoo, like other forms of "natural magic," is a traditional form of witchcraft or spell-casting that imputes efficacy to roots, herbs, and minerals and does not delve into the European-style workings, wherein the recitation of a rhymed chant is often believed to be the necessary action that "empowers" natural materials. In hoodoo, *the materials themselves* are the basis of the magic. If the subject of African-American hoodoo interests you, i suggest that you look over my online book on the subject, "Hoodoo in Theory and practice. It's at http://www.luckymojo.com/hoodoo.html Good luck getting rid of the bad neighbors, whatever you decide to do.
