There is an Invocation of Chaos that a IOT group in Australia
put together... one was to write down the invocation in ones
own hand and then memorize it... but in practice after one was
possessed, it took on it's own flavor, ie: not using the script
any longer.

I don't remember it all offhand but it began something like the
following.

I "magicians name" invoke the full magical experience of chaos
even though I know that nothing is true and everything is permitted.
My intellect rapes me and now I begin to rape it. Chaos, Chaos
Chaos, Zirdo Chaos!

I am as a vulture picking at the bones of my rationality and logic
and I shall carry it's steaming carcass into the void...."

I'm not sure if this is what you are speaking of but it's
the closest that I have come across.
