Thus far... I've only been to one occult shop, Enchantments, that appears
to be a wiccan/pagan based store and I have heard of another shop of this
sort existing in the city somewhere as well... but since the closing of
Weiser and Magickal Childe... the word on the street seems to be that there
are no decent occult shops in NYC. I have spoken with the owner of
SeeHear bookshop about stocking Dagon Productions titles though, as
well as a bookstore in Williamsburg.

I've not interacted with any groups but have met a number of interesting
Church of Satan members that supposedly get together on Sunday evenings
at a bar in Manhattan. The impression I rec'd was that it was not a CoS
meeting but a meeting of magicians of various backgrounds, including a
few Chaos Magicians. I've also met a few Chaos Magicians, I have sold
books to over the years, that reside in the city and  as soon as
my employment situation is settled, hopefully some sort of discussion group
can be formed here in NYC.
