The Fourth Book of Occult Philosophy, attributed to Cornelius Agrippa, has a
section on geomancy.  The 1654 Turner translation is available from
Kessinger Publications.  Cornelius Agrippa briefly mentions geomancy in his
Three Books of Occult Philosophy proper, and Tyson has included an appendix
on the subject in the recent Llewellyn version of this great occult text.

Geomancy is heavily dependent on astrology for interpretation, but has many
similarities to I Ching and the African divination systems Eoghan mentions
above.
