Another position a friend of mine said was nice for either vaginal or
anal sex sounds like it would be great for eliminating pressure on the
tummy in sex during pregnancy.

The woman lies on her back, with her knees bent up. The man scoots
under her legs, lies on his side facing her, and enters her. To
thrust, he just rolls back and forth on his hip. Her clitoris is
easily exposed to be played with by either or both parties, which I
imagine would be a welcome facet for a lot of folks. =)
