The subject of care-givers and spinal chord patients having sexual
relations is a problematic one, as you already know, because it is
somewhat frowed upon by the care-giving "establishment." However, there
is a wonderful description of such a relationship in a book by the
neo=tantric author Kenneth Stubbs. I no longer have the book, so i am
guessing at the title: i THINK it is "Sacred Prostitutes." It is not
about prostitutes per se, but rather about women who have given their
neo-tantric sexuality to men for varuious unconventional reasons and
considerations. Ken Stubbs is online -- try locating him and ordering
the book from him. Or it might be available at amazon.com I really think
it will contain some inspiration in regard to your situation. 

If you feel that this woman may be interested but inexperienced at
neo-tantric lovemaking, why not ask her to read some material -- in a
book or online -- about the subject? It may open her mind and heart to
the idea. I know others who have had success with this tactic.
