The newgroup alt.magick.chaos was created several months
ago, and has become since then an intelligible, low noise
newsgroup for the discussion of occult matters in the light
of such writers as Peter Carroll, Austin O. Spare, E.E.
Rehmus, as well as being a ground for the exchange of
techniques and ideas by and for practising Chaotes.  It also
made the top 2500 list in the most recent ratings of alt.*
groups despite a low initial propagation across sites.  In
recent weeks, posting to the newsgroup has nearly doubled,
without any significant increase in junk posts.

Alt.Magick.Chaos has proven itself to be an excellent
alternative to both the New Age and traditionalist magick
groups, and Chaos Magick itself has attracted expanding
interest over the 18 years since the label was first
introduced by Peter Carroll.

Please take this opportunity to give the newsgroup a try,
and add it to the list of options available to the users at
your site.  It will prove a stimulating and unusual
